Refund Policy

All cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the conference. Request via fax, email, or phone will not be honored. Refunds requested after the deadline will not be honored. Refunds will be honored for the full ticket price minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Video Policy
