YourJobStop.com is a comparative job search engine that allows job seekers to look for work by helping them understand and use online networks, communities and other applications.

Before Lord launched YourJobStop.com, she worked in the travel vertical as a senior PPC strategist. She also provided consulting services for several clients in the health and beauty industry, helping them achieve their online marketing goals.

Lord's role with YourJobStop.com is to manage traffic generation strategies, both paid and organic, to ensure that the site has adequate traffic to meet its budgetary goals. In addition, she works tirelessly in the Search Engine Marketing and Social Media fields, blogging regularly about the topics of online networking, social media marketing and networking on the Internet.

Lord received a B.A. in Journalism and Media Communication in Vermont, where she grew up. After graduation she moved to Los Angeles, where she pursued a Master's degree in Persuasion and Online Media Studies. When not working, Lord is typically still online. She spends much of her free time reading blogs, commenting on Tweets or participating in discussions on Facebook groups.
